  First off, this new McDonald's is really nice. As soon as you walk in, you get a nice luxurious feel and you are greeted by a nice white counter. You also order from these really large menu-tvs. Everything is optimistic. It is mostly clean all the time.The layout of the restaurant is fantastic, and it is easy to get around. Once you pick up your food, (or they bring it to you, depending on order size) you can fill your cup just around the corner. After that you can turn around and grab a seat. Another thing I like about this McDonald's, is their staff. They are always super friendly, and are there to assist you. The food is good, especially with the morning shift. Later in the day unfortunately the food isn't the absolute greatest, but it is still good. One notable complaint I have is the reliability of the hardware used to make smoothies, etc. Usually when I go to McDonald's, and I order a banana-strawberry smoothie, they tell me the machine is down. Now, I don't honestly believe it is down every time they tell me this because logically they probably cleaned it and didn't want to make it dirty again. After all this McDonald's is really nice.

  The waterloo mcdonalds is better then columbia...the gm in columbia is ignorant and rude....brett mad sure my food was fresh awsome thanks saves so much time
